Usually the health clinic does an oral swab test and that test only take twenty minutes. Sometimes they do blood tests and they can take a couple weeks. Remember to test anonymously as opposed to confidentially so that your name wont be associated with the test. You may need an appointment so call first and ask them all of your questions. good luck.
just call them and ask
you should sue them because you should
well the one i go to is walk ins only so you could be waiting forever but as for needles and swabs it depends on what your getting tested for
You might want to call to see what the best time to go in is. Some of the clinics are packed at certain times. The test is normally done with a simple blood test and the clinic will call you with the results.
Some places do require appointments, others do not. Call and check. You can also ask if they do blood testing or oral swabs. How fast you get the results depends on the type of testing they do. Rapid tests provide results within 20-30 minutes. It may take 7-14 days to get results if the site uses conventional testing.
When you go in for testing, someone should talk with you about risk factors and risk reduction (That is standard procedure.) The appt. could take 20-30 minutes, and they should tell you when and how you can expect to get your results. Many places are not allowed to give results by mail or by phone. If that is the case, you will have to go in to get your results.
